#ELTF18 What’s in it for Dentons? As companies gain value in market, Dentons profits from investment. Gives startups data to help train their systems, presumably gains from insights generated. Startups build programs that create value for the firm.

Keys to recovery/success: Really know your users and their needs, use design thinking where feasible, set realistic expectations, get buy-in/leadership/ownership of project from influential partners, encourage culture of continuous improvement, work to “de-shame” failure. #ELTF18

This came up at @LegalExecutives's #ELTF18 - idea that some law firms are working on interesting innovations in labs but they don't end up investing in it or bringing those innovations into their daily legal practice, so it ends up being more "innovation theatre" #ARKinnovation
