Was a huge upheaval to trade an entire Nikon kit for these two guys but I’m VERY glad I did

Being able to get this amount of spec and flexibility in a small camera bag - with room for a compact too - is unreal

A gnarled, ancient tree trunk dominates the right foreground of a misty woodland scene, its deeply furrowed bark draped with ivy. The tree twists dramatically upward, its massive form contrasting with slender, curving trees receding into a luminous, hazy background. The forest floor is carpeted with low-growing plants and fallen leaves. Shot in infrared black and white, the foliage renders as bright white while the bark and shadows remain dark, giving the woodland an ethereal, otherworldly atmosphere.

55 minutes of star trails with a dieing tree. It was a calm night but there were occasional breezes. If a star trail looks like it in front of a branch that branch moved during the exposure. If it didn’t move it look like the star went behind the branch.
