Taking M back to the IWK emerg because no one will answer my calls at ortho and she’s still in a lot of pain.
Took over an hour to drive here and the ER lot is full. So now I’m waiting god knows how long to get a spot in the garage.

there’s a few things it drew the emerg line with that would’ve been fine to leave to a walk in or urgent care trip the next day, so i guess false positives kinda, but no false negatives, at least in my own testing

ANY Bathtub.......fill the bathtub with Water. It can be Boiled. idk how its done in a house but i read that water from hot water Heater can be drank ONLY if an emergency. Here in BC they suggest having a Clean Jug of Water Frozen in Freezer ready to go incase of Emerg/earthquakes.

I'm also one of those people who caught it when I had to briefly unmask (8 hours waiting in emerg in an N95, took it off for <5 seconds to chug some water). Took me like TWO MONTHS to fully bounce back 😭

It was yesterday morning, but yes, I was stuck there because there were no parking spaces in emerg and of course everyone has morning appointments and there’s construction everywhere around it. It is terrible. Took a half hour to get into the parkade.

I’m the same but I work as an emerg doc so much easier to manage. I did night shifts only for about 12 years (when my son was in primary school/middleschool so I could be with him) and I have now switched back to my “natural rhythm” of evening shifts only. I go to bed late and sleep in ☺️
