Habe gerade gesehen, dass mich der slowakische Verfassungsgerichtshof in seinem Vorabentscheidungsersuchen zum EMFA zitiert (www.ustavnysud.sk/docDownload/..., es geht u.a. um die Bestellung des Vorstands des öffentlich-rechtlichen Rundfunks) - schon nett, auch im Nachbarland gelesen zu werden :-)

Podľa tohto názoru by potom mohlo byť v rozpore s čl. 5 ods. 2 EMFA, ak politicky nominovaný orgán robí konečný výber na základe svojho uváženia, pretože výberové konanie, ktoré má v rukách výkonná moc, nie je dostatočne oddelené od meritokratického procesu na základe kvalít kandidátov.
