The EM ex China index (ticker EMXC) is up 12% YTD, outperforming the global MSCI ACWI index (+4%).

EMXC has seen relative estimate revisions improve sharply, and is still somewhat cheap vs history.

However, the earnings are narrowly driven by 3 big AI names: Taiwan Semi, Samsung, and SK Hynix.

The out performance of EM versus the S&P over the past three months has been insane. While China continues to lag the rest of the international space, the best way to approach EM has been to buy a fund that excludes China (EMXC as an example, there are many).

And yes, on the stock side, instead of owning just US stocks, you'd go and buy something like Vanguard VT ETF, which is a global stock fund. Truth be told, I own 0% S stocks, I have only International stock ETFs IEFA and EMXC. I have a mix of US and International Government bond ETFs IEF, IGOV

we all have spicifc damages for the employment discrimination of permitting the "FEDERAL EMPLOYEES" that are elected officals at the DC level and being in violation of the 2006 DOJ memo. We should seek the damages and remedy by mandating POTUS do a background check
