Edmonton is consistently doing REALLY cool stuff behind the scenes.

The new EPCOR smart grid tech they're trialing is going to enable so many more cool applications, like vehicle electrification at way mor efficient and economical startup costs.

Just so cool.

This warehouse's water provider is probably Epcor. I would have to look at a map to be sure, but either way the water allocated to them has already been secured by either the city or Epcor and both have verified long term supplies.

I am still paying a $25/month fee to Epcor because I opted out of the Arad Group water metre install. There is no other option, it's this, or allow tech from a corporation that is directly involved in illegal settlement and water apartheid in Palestine. Ridiculous that this hasn't been resolved yet.

this street is completely closed right now for an epcor/stormwater project, so to manage to hit a building from a road that you can barely drive on took real dedication.
