Companies destroyed ESG and DEI programs. Companies jettisoned carbon neutrality pledges. They eliminated inclusivity programs. Oh, and so did universities. It's criminal.

Top story: BlackRock became a top leader in “Environmental, Social, and Governance” (ESG) investment practices—a strategy that made them an enemy of the state in Texas.

Here's how the investment giant won its way back into the state GOP's hearts and wallets:
How BlackRock Became Texas' Comeback Kid
Once a blacklisted ESG bogeyman, the Wall Street giant has won back the Republican rulers of Texas as it pours millions into data centers and the gas plants that power them.

The SEC wants to see which institutions are voting for ESG initiatives (which include race, abortion, climate) so it or other agencies can try to "prove" they are not complying with their own fiduciary obligations to investors

UK Brings ESG Ratings Providers Under Regulation
The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), the UK’s conduct regulator for financial services firms and financial markets, announced the finalized publication of a series of new transparency, governance and conflict of interest management requirements for ESG ratings providers. The new requirements bring ESG ratings providers under UK regulatory supervision for the first time. Under the new regime, which takes effect in June 2028, firms providing ESG ratings in the UK will need FCA authorization. The new framework follows the finalization of new legislation in October 2025 by the UK government to regulate ESG ratings providers, under the supervision of the FCA. The law applies to UK-based providers, as well as foreign providers offering ESG ratings in the UK. The FCA launched its initial proposed rules to regulate ESG ratings providers in late 2025. According to the FCA, the new rules are aimed at making ESG ratings more transparent, reliable and comparable, while supporting investors’ decision-making and market confidence and enabling growth in sustainable finance. The FCA said that its approach is shaped by international standards, including the recommendations of international securities regulator standards setter IOSCO, and also draws on the International Capital Market Association (ICMA) Code of Conduct for ESG ratings...

I’ve got an idea: all EU ESG people get in touch with the big daddy of walkable passive green baugruppen mixed use ecodistricts, to make sure that the reasons why far-right find voters under folks who are facing energy poverty, lack of social safety nets,... simply vanish into thin air over time.
In the meantime, I look forward to connecting with folks about potential collaboration efforts around designing and delivering better quality housing, mass timber, and passivhaus buildings.

Who knows. We still need a viable baugruppen movement here in the US.

So now here’s a look at how BCI is investing OUR pension$ in climate arson! 🔥🌏🔥

Example 1: BCI has ~$72.22M in Cheniere Energy, the world’s #2 LNG firm. Its Sabine Pass + Corpus Christi plants have a history of breaking air + H2O pollution laws, and emit the most GHGs of any 🇺🇸LNG terminals.
