Made it back home last night from @eubic-ms.org EuBIC2024 and boy was it great! I will likely be posting about things I saw or folks I talked to, but for now, a HUGE thank you to the organizers (below). Thank you for making this such a wonderful experience!

I have it on my desk but haven’t played since me and @proteomicsnews.bsky.social played it on the podcast, but playing with @magnuspalmblad.bsky.social et al. at #EUBIC2024 and @ucdproteomics.bsky.social et al. at #USHUPO24 is a core memory for sure.

I heard about Peptonizer2000 at #EuBIC2024, the design got me in, but today I realized how great it is. I will write up how I am using it, but I shouldn't have been sleeping on it. (I used via unipept website instead of snakemakin')
