I realllly try to avoid using AI, but if you’re not opposed to it, I suggest earnbetter . It does the heavy lifting for you and will generate cover letters too.

EarnBetter and Jobright: Really similar, both feel kind of useful for generating versions of your resume to match a specific listing.
Of the two I think Jobright is easier to use and offers a bit more on the free tier.
