Was particularly happy to meet Burmese-Italian contributing author @junebellebabe last night as I’ve known her for a while.

June’s essay talks about her being transfeminine and how this relates to her connection to Myanmar.

Also really lovely to catch up with @alittlebitsktc1, Izzy and Peiwen from the wonderful @besea_n - Britain’s East and South East Asian Network

#EastSideVoices

Brilliant to finally meet contributing authors @misszing and @naomishimada

FYI, Naomi (who, among many other things, hosts the @BBCSounds podcast Beauty Fix) said I smelt amazing and she also approved of my congee t-shirt from @/celestialpeach on IG 😆💖

Scenes from the launch of East Side Voices, an essential anthology about East and South East Asian identities in Britain today.

Thank you for asking me to celebrate with you @LondonHelena @SceptreBooks @mariagluc 💜
