Vielleicht hast Du einfach das falsche Produkt. Für Leute ohne Ahnung empfehlen wir Easy7.

Dann musst Du Dich nicht über schnoddrigen Support ärgern, dessen Aufgabe es nicht ist, Basics in IP Routing zu vermitteln.

Ich habe es gesehen, danke.
Fiber7 hat einen super Support, wenn man absoluter Crack ist. Aber Normalverbraucher, die ein Problem nicht detailliert mit den richtigen Fachtermen beschreiben können, werden mit rotzigen Antworten abgespeist oder ganz ignoriert.

Ich halte fest, dass Ihr Support mir nie Basics in IP-Routing vermittelt hat. Alles andere ist eine Lüge.
Als Gründer von mehreren IT-Unternehmen habe ich wohl auch nicht ganz "keine Ahnung".
Zuletzt halte ich fest, dass es Easy7 nicht gab, als ich Kunde von Ihnen wurde.
