I heard of this 2000s ecchi anime called MØUSE, and Yayoi Kuribayashi (the biology expert who works for the main protagonist Sorata) is probably one of the most underrated waifus ever.

I would recomend Labyrinth to many people.
In some ways its feels like a escaped ecchi RPG with some of its Monster design and subject.
Nippon Ichi writing upgraded to 16+
