On a more serious note. The success of Mainline Protestants last night should serve as a clarion call for increased ecumenism. Not for political ends, but because a united message of our Gospel values is...actually appealing to a lot of people!

On a similar note, besides scripture, my intercessions were inspired by the hymnology of a Puritan, the first Bishop of Bedford, and a Lutheran translated by an Anglican woman. #ecumenism
