#EdsonCemetery
Another #FallPoem. Wrote this when Jack Kerouac was literally my neighbor. (Lived in South #LowellMA steps from #EdsonCemetery.) Thinking about it cause I again just missed the Lowell Celebrates #Kerouac October festival. I live in and love #TroyNY now, but I love and miss #Lowell.

Poem to close out #October with. I try to go for creepy and eerie at times, but thus far I haven’t really written anything darkly creepy or sinister. This one certainly isn’t. I was thinking back to my first visit to #EdsonCemetery to see #Kerouac’s grave.

Probably my favorite poem from this book, other than the title poem. I used to live in South Lowell, almost literally across the street from #EdsonCemetery is and where one of my inspirations, #JackKerouac, is buried. I have another poem about it, but this one I love.

Happy Death Day #JackKerouac! Here’s a 13-line #sonnet of mine written about walking near your final Lowell home. I used to live near #EdsonCemetery. We were practically neighbors! #Poetry thebigwindowsreview.com/2018/10/05/m...
