Recipe #5: Egg Salad Filling, Sandwich Chapter Tonight I planned to make egg salad sandwiches for dinner (Monday’s I try to keep things simple and it has long been sandwich night). It occurred to me that Betty probably had an egg salad recipe I could make and I was right. I’m a little surprised this wasn’t my pattern for the whole month - think of a recipe and then look it up, but I have been trying to make some recipes I’ve never done before and also make only one from each chapter.
