I’ve also seen reports from Ekbātān, Tehrān that the vast majority of security forces were IRGC and basij instead of police and special units like before.
It seems that the security apparatus has gotten indeed weaker than the last couple of months.

I was going to post about this when I got home but yeah this is happening, and it isn’t limited to Sattārxān, it is also happening in other neighborhoods like Ekbātān and possibly many other cities.
Basij forces in the Sattarkhan neighborhood of Tehran have been firing indiscriminately at several buildings after hearing chants against the regime from nearby houses.
