#AzureSQL it’s somewhat disheartening that it is so hard to tell what the progress is of a database scaling event using powershell. Heck, on ElasticPools we get In_Progress (but not the first event), but ASD and MI get InProgress… and it’s 50% from 2 minutes in until right before it’s finished.
