I have been doing some experiments with elastics and absorbent core styles. Multiple thinner elastics in the leg gathers and leak guards seems to pull against the body more snuggly without uncomfortable pressure points. And.....

I have started making the leg gather elastics run the length of the padding rather than just the length between the front and rear tabs. Feels like a more snug fit. I kinda like the look of it too.
