this reminds me of how hard it is to have a paid carer with my level of ME.
the orgs want to have 4 billing hours, but carers aren't exactly housekeepers and cooks, and I can't tolerate much or often, so there isn't 4 hours of stuff to do.
i do need to read out to ElderSource again, though.
