Emberconf chicago 2026?

I was at a meetup in Denver a few weeks ago and nearly everyone was a parent of 0-10-year-olds. I suggested that we have a Parents Tech Conference that really leans into having kids be part of it.

Leah Silber used to do some family programming for EmberConf. She’s an awesome organizer.

Our app is written in angular, but that didn't stop my team from getting tickets to #emberconf 2016! See you there!

That's mostly because this thread was focused on our approach to evolution, and talk about the viability of using our approach to move Ember in the future relatively quickly.

I talked about Ember opinions that remain unique in the broader framework ecosystem in my EmberConf keynote last year.

Current status: working on my EmberConf keynote.

As usual, I'm reminded how unique the Ember project and its community is. I'm so happy to continue to be a part of the Ember Community.

I love the way we all go together: 1.x era apps like Discourse and Intercom and all of the really new Ember apps.
