To sum up though, I'm taking the Doge shiba - Kabosu-chan - and making her an anti-dictator/anti-king symbol. "Sic Semper Tyrannis" means "thus always to tyrants" (a dog will bite your crown off you)

Common Dramatic Principles A rifle. Chekhov’s Gun: If a rifle is hung in the first act, it must go off by the third. A pair of glasses. Jane’s Glasses: If a character is wearing glasses, by the end of the story a reason must be found for them to be removed and/or discarded. An exploding car. Derfman’s External Combustion: If a car crashes, it will inevitably explode regardless of whether or not it is actually capable of doing so. A pregnant woman. Schemp’s Pregnant Lady: If a pregnant character appears, they must go into labor in a public or otherwise inconvenient place in the final act. An effeminate looking man with a male-male symbol on his shirt. Percival’s Gay Best Friend: If a gay man befriends a straight woman, the odds that she will be given a makeover approach 1. An alt-rock styled girl with a high ponytail, boots, messenger bag, and glasses. Magworth’s “Girl Unlike Others”: If there is a female character present who is “not like the other girls” in the first act, it is pivotal for the plot that she undergoes a transformation to assimilate her personality by the third. May also involve “Percival’s Gay Best Friend” and/or “Jane’s Glasses.” Two outlines of a girl and a boy. The Inverse Miyazaki Praxis: If a boy character and girl character appear together on screen, they must become involved romantically.
