did you know that you can conditionally exit an effect?
this is useful if you want a subscription to only stay active while some condition is true, and to stay removed while that condition is false.

Why don't emojis have alt text?
I understand that people who use screen readers have the emoji code read aloud to them.
But for sighted people who have trouble discerning what a tiny emoji actually is, we need alt text on hover or something.
