Also if you want the best quality possible, do the encoding yourself and encode to a <3mbps bitrate at a slow encoding speed (better quality, longer time to encode) so our encoding passes have very little work to do on our end.

One of the biggest demographics that is still on X is twitch streamers so this, along with basic improvements in video encoding, would help change that a lot.
