Collectively the #EndForestMining alliance sent over 18,000 letters to @tanyaplibersekmp.bsky.social, calling on her to do her job, & reject clearing irreplaceable Jarrah forests. While disappointed, we are determined to limit bauxite-mining deforestation across the Northern Jarrah Forest.

Over 70 people gathered at the Mandurah Town Hall to hear experts speak out against forest mining. The message was clear: our jarrah forests are worth more standing. 🌳

If Alcoa has broken the exemption order; they have been caught out, and the exempted mining must be halted immediately.
