Cutting down carbon sequestering forests as a preemptive act in the Climate Crisis makes no sense. It's a scam. DCR goes on about "climate smart forestry" when there's no climate science behind their same old/same old trashing of our public lands. #EndLoggingOnPublicLand

The article fails to mention grassroots efforts to #EndLoggingOnPublicLand stymied by Baker holdovers in the Healey Admin. Real forest & tree protection is a climate issue NOT being addressed by DCR or MassWildlife. A shakeup is needed upstairs.
