So weirdly enough, if one wanted to be "Scientific" about it, HRT for kids/teens ought to be the LEAST controversial. It's following a known developmental pathway. If a cis kid had an endocrine disorder, they'd supplement to help ensure a healthy, timely puberty. Just do that!
Like, the null hypothesis is just that every person is a human, first and foremost. At a later point, some of our bodies will auto-androgenate, others will auto-estrogenate, right? We call that puberty, right? We know what that looks like.
