In celebration of #EnglishTourismWeek 2025, I went to visit Wymondham Heritage Museum, an absolute treasure trove of local history and culture.

I even stepped down into a recreated dungeon in the basement to see what life was like for prisoners 200 years ago!

It's #EnglishTourismWeek 2025, with the theme for this year ‘supporting people and places to drive growth’.

A big thank you to Brian for a fantastic tour, with all of his passion and knowledge about Wymondham Abbey Church, and of course I had to buy a tea towel!

In celebration of #EnglishTourismWeek 2025, I want to highlight Caistor St Edmund, site of the largest Roman town in East Anglia, Venta Icenorum.

Capital of the Iceni tribe and later a Roman civitas, it was occupied during the early Anglo-Saxon period before being abandoned in the 8th century.
