To help, Endou gave him a sunflower(Kazes favourite flower) necklace that opens, Kazemaru put the aliea remains there and would fiddle with it quite often
After some time he managed to replace the remains with maybe a picture of Mamoru or their team or just anything little and meaningful to him

Kazemarus moms had to be notified which resulted in a huge fight between the family, but Ichirouta didnt back down and as much as they all might have wanted to they cant force him to undergo treatment.
