I was all huffy about it but answering the question I did start to go... huh maybe what if Venalita from GOMG showed up at a slice of life school and handed out powers, or if Enormeeta crashed a different magical girl show?

For example, in chapter 13/episode 8, we meet Enormeeta for the first at the end of it, Lord Enorme whips Matama. It’s supposed to depict an abusive relationship, but if we go with that, it’d mean that what Utena does is right/okay despite her and Lord Enorme doing practically identical things.
