The new 'Office for Environmental Protection' aka the post-Brexit green watchdog will be funded by DEFRA and not by parliament, says the #EnvironmentBill. In other words, it can be strangled if DEFRA thinks it is getting uppity. Not acceptable - expect fireworks in parliament.
