When performing serious songs about true and tragic boating misadventure, it's important to be appropriately-attired.

The tour continues! We're about to raise the roof in Oxford, but we've been through Glasgow, Newcastle, Manchester, and Leeds this past week, and can't say thank-you enough to everyone who's come out to see us!

A photo of TLJ performing on stage at St Luke's in Glasgow, taken from a low angle showing Robbie playing the harmonium and singing, Andy on the banjo, singing, and JD on the guitar and (you'll never believe it) also singing. Behind in shadow is Antonio on the bass, and then up in the background are two very cool stained-glass windows. A monochrome photo from the end of the show, with all the members of TLJ and Sean Dagher too, lined up across the front of the audience, having a big ol' celebrate for another show that everyone appears to have enjoyed!

Had a whole bunch of lovely photos taken by Rachel Oates from our gig at the Irish Centre in Leeds on the 17th! There's only FOUR shows left in this part of the tour: Cambridge, Islington, Nottingham, and Bristol.
Don't miss out - www.thelongestjohns.com/live

A picture taken from an angle at the rear showing Robbie, Andy, and JD cast in blue light as they each sing and play instruments (mandolin presumably for Robbie, Banjo for Andy, acoustic guitar for JD). Andy's shirt is black with white prints on it, depicting palm trees, jungle cats, and other such exotic decorations. JD is wearing some kind of shirt decorated with news print. Robbie's is hard to describe other than it has abstracted patterns of blocky colours, which are hard to define in the blue light. Beneath is the text "Ends of the Earth LIVE, Irish Centre, Leeds, 17/05/2026" A picture from the front of Robbie with majestically tousled hair, mic up to his mouth, and pointing out towards the audience as if picking out an individual person to address them, specifically. A shot of JD attempting to play the guitar and maybe sing, whilst Robbie has emerged from behind to hold two different kinds of model ducks either side of his head. One appears to be made of patchwork fabric, while the other is.. a material that's hard to define due to a slight blurring of the photo, but is certainly yellow. JD looks a little traumatised by the presence of the ducks. A big group shot to round out the photos, taken from the side of the stage as everyone (Robbie, Anto, JD, Sean, Andy, and Florin) all line the stage to sing together. The lighting for this shot is rather purple.

A very green atmospheric portrait of Robbie wearing aa muted Hawaiian/leaf-print shirt, looking directly at the camera A nice cheery shot of Andy mid-laugh as he's holding his banjo, in a cool dark blue/white shirt that appears to have palm trees and some kind of big jungle cat on it. A montage of two pictures. On top is a shot of Robbie, JD, and Andy all playing instruments (mandolin, guitar, banjo respectively). Robbie has a grimace of concentration, Andy is also looking at what he's doing but with an expression of almost-laughter on his face, and JD in the middle has a cheeky expression like he's trying to cause some chaos. On the bottom half, is a close-up photo of one of the bands' pedal boards, with the important message "SEA SHANTIES ARE SERIOUS BUSINESS" labelled on it. Another montage, with two pictures arranged on top and bottom. Up top is a group photo of the band taking a bow, with Robbie, Anto, JD, Florin, Sean Dagher, and Andy all showing their thanks and respects to the audience. On the bottom is the audience, taken from a side angle where they're facing to the right, with various hands raised up towards the stage and mouths open in song.

A screengrab from the Season 1 opening of the popular Canadian comedy TV show Letterkenny, showing the character Wayne in a checked shirt and jeans, stood next to a dog, in front of a barn, framed in the open doorway. Above him is the text "a couple shanty singers came up the produce stand the other day". This is simply just a reference to Letterkenny as a means to make a connection with our Canadian friends, there is no greater TV-show-related connection here for you to read into. A photo from the TLJ show at the Bristol Beacon, showing a very blue-lit Andy and Robbie (with just a hint of Florin on the left side) rocking out on banjo and mandolin respectively. Andy is largely in silhouette from the back-light, Robbie slightly clearer, and a palm tree in the background has a white glow to it from the light. In the foreground is the blurry shapes of audience heads and hands. A tour poster showing upcoming dates for the TLJ Canada tour. It shows the Ends of the Earth cartoon artwork (depicting a tropical island on the back of a giant crocodile, strewn with various other animals such as hippos, snakes, and manatees, and towering rickety structures as signs of habitation). There is also text saying "EXTRA DATES ADDED" The dates are as follows: July 2026 Fri 03 - Campbellford, ON / Westben Arts Festival Sat 04 - Orillia, ON / Mariposa Folk Festival Sun 05 - Orillia, ON / Mariposa Folk Festival Wed 08 - Toronto, ON / Lee's Palace Thu 09 - Ottawa, ON / Ottawa BluesFest Fri 10 - Montreal, QC / Beanfield Theatre Mon 13 - Winnipeg, MB / Sidestage Tue 14 - Victoria, BC / Studio 919 Wed 15 - Vancouver, BC / The Pearl Thu 16 - Calgary , AB / Commonwealth Fri 17 - Edmonton, AB / Double Dragon
