Kottayam: इस जिले की एक अदालत ने उसी दिन शाम 6 बजे तक पुलिस हिरासत में भेजने के बाद एक अभद्र भाषा के मामले में सोमवार को भाजपा नेता पीसी जॉर्ज को न्यायिक हिरासत में भेज दिया। Erattupetta मुंसिफ मजिस्ट्रेट कोर्ट ने पीसी जॉर्ज की जमानत आवेदन को दिन में पहले खारिज कर दिया। पुलिस सूत्रों ने कहा कि वरिष्ठ पुलिस अधिकारियों ने जेल भेजे जाने से पहले श्री जॉर्ज से पूछताछ की। श्री जॉर्ज, एक पूर्व विधायक, ने सुबह 11.05 बजे के आसपास एरातुपेटा मुंसिफ मजिस्ट्रेट कोर्ट के समक्ष आत्मसमर्पण कर दिया। इस मामले को दोपहर 12.30 बजे विचार के लिए लिया गया, उसके बाद दोनों पक्षों के तर्क दिए गए।
