Im late! But I have an Autonomous ErgoChair and it has been great for me since 2020. Stylistically it's more office than gaming but it's very adjustable.

Agree with the ErgoChair Pro. I had one in DC. I left it with my mom so I have a good chair to use when I visit her, but I miss it. A very good chair! Unfortunately went with something else for my new apartment and I wish I hadn’t.

I got the ErgoChair Pro+ from Autonomous at the end of 2021. I like it a lot. My chronic back pain is from my SI joint not my spine so I can’t speak to that sort of pain specifically. I’m sure there are plenty of newer options out there since it’s been so long but mine has lasted with no problems.
