In today’s episode of #FixTheForms, Professor Pamela Heard dissects the way that people who need help with their food bills in the USA may lose that support due to #ErrorRates

Note that a “problem along the way” such as a missing document is treated as an error even when the outcome is correct.

My workshop at UXConnect in Aarhus, Denmark was "Error rates and data quality", idea being that if we want to get the best out of AI, it probably helps to put good quality data into it.
