None of these 'peace negotiations' will ever go anywhere, it's pretty much binary, either capitulate to Putin's demands (which only brings peace for a while) or kick the Russian scum out of Ukraine. Tossers like Macron, Merz & Starmer (or erzast Starmer aka Burnham) just haven't got the guts for it.
Ukraine and allies laid out five conditions for peace that stop short of a Russian retreat:
1) complete ceasefire. 2) talks at current line of contact 3) security guarantees for Ukraine. 4) compensation 5) European security interests protected.
