(Indeterminate voice): Sir I’m afraid the voters are just too pissed off about five dollar gasoline. We can’t convince them they hate trans people more than they like cheap gasoline.

(Donald Trump): What about nine dollar gasoline

The continued reliance on BECCS in the reports particularly after the failure of cellulosic ethanol - which I think is an irreversible issue - has been problematic for me.

Republican's have frequently been praised by farmers for mandating E15 ethanol gas. But remember the ethanol companies get a subsidy for producing ethanol, farmers get a subsidy for growing corn. Which means you're actually paying more to run your car than it would cost to run straight gasoline.

Runs solely on ethanol.

Why India’s ethanol push is not benefitting farmers
Why India’s ethanol push is not benefitting farmers
The government assured better prices to those who grew crops used to make ethanol. But while industries profit, farmers still receive low and late payments.

Made a batch of RSO/FECO aka hash oil from small buds and bags that already were squeezed for hash rosin. Pictured is bud/bags in ethanol, ethanol (everclear) on vacuum to filter remaining plant matter, and finished product. Not pictured is the still I used to evaporate and collect the ethanol.

I advised him on that startup. It involved inoculating patients with a genetically modified version of S mutans that metabolizes sugars into ethanol instead of lactic acid. I decided the ethics of it were too shaky, given that it'd be easily transmissible to anyone they kissed.

This message is both bad and wrong and AI slop.

Covering corn farms with solar farms will produces about 3x the energy. Much corn goes to making ethanol for gasoline. Covering those farms with solar panels either frees up some of those farms to go fallow or prevents new field creation from wilds.
