Another good piece of news is that #europeanparties' obligation to respect EU values is now finally extended to their national member parties. Until now, the actions of national parties, such as Fidesz, had no possible impact on their European party of membership.

💪 First consequence of the new legal requirement to publish financial data on #europeanparties in open, machine-readable format: the @europarl.europa.eu is publishing CSV files with public funding amounts. 🇪🇺
Can definitely be improved upon, but this is a step in the right direction. 👍
