Today's fun bug.
The Azure Eventhubs service uses 1-1-0001 (-62_135_596_800_000 milliseconds) as a sentinel timestamp to represent an unknown time.
When I tried to use it on Windows, the timestamp conversion failed, so I used the conversion failure as a signal that it was the sentinel value.
