Here’s a simple insider threat detection query I used:

One thing we've done at Authentik is always have the eventName as a static readonly inside the inheriting event. That way, if you have the class, the event name becomes un-mispell-able.

React cannot know what events your web component might dispatch, so it uses a heuristic to derive the event name from the event property you set in your JSX.
That's what I found too. I was trying to keep that as small as possible.
The only reason I had any custom parsing was because DOMParser in HTML is case insensitive, and wanted to support case-sensitive .propertyName or @eventName.
