I was friends with someone whose handle was EvilTed. Another friend put evil in front of her name, too.

Look into craftfoam armor (aka foam smithing). Theres some excellent resources for beginners on youtube like KamuiCosplay and EvilTed. It’s a lightweight and cheap method of working that has a TON of possibilities.
