More Trump allies aided that pro-Russian government in the Balkans:

The daughter of Susie Wiles, Trump's chief of staff, joined an American businessman in Republika Srpska as he explored a gas pipeline. And six current and former Trump campaign advisers recently traveled there for an election.

this is a pretty good faith post asking some reasonable questions about the possible unintended consequences of packing the court, and while i don’t really agree with vladeck’s overall take on it, i *do* agree that there are remedies *other* than packing the court which should be explored
Calls for expanding #SCOTUS are entirely (and increasingly) understandable.

But as today's "One First" explains, there are at least four difficult questions that those who support expansion should have to answer—especially as compared to other possible reforms:

Okay, update: We've explored a local print shop recently. We approve their work ethics, and their print quality. I think we're all set.

Globe alert, for fellow globe and map fans!

I wish the photo showed the then little-explored north polar region.
"An embroidered globe made in 19thc US when girls were allowed at last to learn geography. The school couldn’t afford globes so the girls stitched their own, sewing down the boundaries of their New World. The globes were only 5” high" via @ sewingmatters & @ Sirensongs #womensart

While Guillermina explored alone, Maia and Bambi visited the mud wallow. Maia coated herself in mud, while Bambi preferred dusting. After Maia wandered off, Bambi stayed to scratch her belly and legs with her trunk. She looked thoroughly satisfied!

I am genuinely astonished at the rapidity with which incremental deduction has gone from "an idea Lucas Pope made a really good game with" to "an idea that's been explored somewhat" to "full blown genre" to "kind of *the* genre interesting work is being done in"

FTR this tweet was inspired by me ranting, with no holds barred, about Pokemon and how grossly under-explored and poorly used the IP is across the board; especially given the absolutely disgusting amounts of money that it generates.
A shy little who feels really strongly about a topic and sometimes babbles a lot about why they think or feel the way they do about it but only from behind their favourite plushie as if they were speaking on the little's behalf because they're too scared of stating an opinion
