Venous return of blood in the extremities relys on venous valves AND MUSCLE MOVEMENT. It will increase the likelihood of varicose veins and deep vein thrombosis, dangerous clots forming in the legs (usually). Can be fatal in minutes if the clot breaks off.

What we call 'the middle east' is at the centre of our maps - and it was far more built up than any of our modern extremities.

Our so called 'developed-world' cities are mere dribbles next to the confident flow of the old world.

I was an end-of-life patient until July 2nd, when out of the blue, I was offered a set of lungs. I will now be able to live out the rest of my life. However, while I was dying, I lost my sense of taste and some feeling in my extremities. So, even though I will now live, there was a cost.

I think it's important to state this plainly.

They tortured this woman, and not properly to death.

She was stabbed until the metal needle itself bent, then injected with a caustic substance that entered the lacerated parts of those extremities where it pooled, dissolving and burning her flesh.

He's probably pumped full of "clot buster" drugs 24/7. Would explain the large haematomas on both hands and the bulging lower extremities.

He is dying from the extremities (including the head) toward his heart?
October 2, 2026 at 7:17 PM
Well, he’s knock-kneed. And wearing leg braces. He has venous insufficiency, which affects the extremities the most. So his lower legs and feet may be numb. Expect him to fly ass over teakettle soon. Then he’ll get the wheelchair.

This reminds me of working retail post-cancer treatment. Bad neuropathy in extremities, broke a toe from lack of feeling it.

One day, I was told by management that I couldn't sit when working the till anymore because a customer complained. I refused to stand. Dared them to fire me. (They didn't.)
TSA says it is removing chairs at document checks in airports, requiring staff to stand for their shift.

TSA explained the reason as twofold: to ensure its employees meet its fitness standards and to create an amiable environment for travelers.
TSA officers must now stand up on the job

That's how obese people with insufficient strength in their lower extremities to support their girth stand. See it all the time at places like Walmart.

Its fluid retention up to his knees is what it looks like or he might be wearing a battery powered device to force his lower extremities to not accumulate fluid and try to keep his circulation going. He is suffering from major fluid retention.

I find it a bit hard on the tender extremities, and the cable is rarely long enough.

Extremities are dying off first.

it never actually worked but i used to try fighting woo with even more absurd woo. since you can’t reason people out of what they didn’t reason themselves into, i thought i’d try out-irrationalizing them instead. nevertheless,
