Continuing a 58 year old tradition!

Minus making an appearance in Mega Monster Battle NEO. The scene being Rei going through his Edgy phase. She appears on Planet Hammer because she’s searching for UltraSeven, she senses Rei owning the EyeSlugger and this is their confrontation:
#Ultraman #Gomora

*puts Joycon 2 on head like Eyeslugger*

I like the design! It's a changeup from the usual Ultras with the predominantly red coloration including the face. The detachable Eyeslugger calls back to Ultraseven and Ultraman Zero.

This sickle was tentatively called a "Seventh key" at the time.
The reason for the name was the shape of the slit on the edge of the sickle, which was an homage to the shape of Ultra Seven's Eyeslugger.

Eventually, the slit became a heart mark, and the temporary name was changed to "Apple tooth".

Sem falar do Eyeslugger de Ultraseven e o V do Voltes V que ela faz no jogo.

Wondering if Ultraseven’s eyeslugger ricocheting off of the Gilas brothers was a reference to the same thing that happened in his first fight with King Joe

The nerdiest thing I've found a Metal Band do lately. #Sepultura #Ultraseven #DanMoroboshi #AnnUltraseven #EyeSlugger www.youtube.com/watch?v=3d3p...
