We're not quite sure if this was changed w/ #FFXIV 7.1 or earlier, but a community member noticed they changed the achievement requirement for the #DeepDungeon title "Lonely Explorer".
Instead of "recording a score" F101+, which can fail if you DC, you just have to step into F101!

This is a super good update, b/c it was always fun trying to explain to someone how to actually get the title.
The title does not flag retroactively if you're above F101 and don't have the title. It looks like you just need to hit the "enter F101" trigger, and title acquired.

F-16 n° 75-0745 here modified as F-16/101 with a General Electric F101 engine. First flight with this engine was on May 29th, 1981. This engine later led to the GE F110 engine installed from block 30 onwards. More about his F-16: www.f-16.net/aircraft-dat...
