Happy to chime in but I'm just off to Bolton for an FCMH in a rape for trial in late 2027. Dates back to 2024.
Children and Divorce cases delayed for it.
Not effective today as police and CPS have only had the evidence for two years but still haven't served it.
On what they have, it's doomed.
