My biggest "criticism" is the Valar left Men to deal with both their own fuckups and a ton of fuckups by the elves, from Feanor to Celebrimbor.
The Men didn't do the kind laying and swear an oath of vengeance. Sure some Numenoreans tried to invade heaven, but whomst amongst us.
