This important decision by ECSR stems from a collective complaint filed by FEANTSA in 2020. The Committee's conclusions highlight significant failings in safeguarding vulnerable groups, particularly concerning evictions, access to social housing and systemic discrimination against Roma in Czechia.
In a landmark ruling, the European Committee of Social Rights has unequivocally condemned the Czech Republic for its inadequate housing policy, deeming it a violation of the European Social Charter. 📄
