Luckily I think they've seen the FF7R team getting bomb threats over this stuff and are smart enough not to invite that upon themselves

Square really decided to make both parts of FF7R so far on sale for less than $10 each on Switch 2 when I don't have a job to pay for one yet.
Do I buy them, or at least FF7R1, while they're on sale so I don't have to pay $90 later, or do I wait until I get a Switch 2?

Ahhh... platinumed FF7R... again. I wouldn't have bothered if it wasn't for the streamlined progression (aka cheats). It's like they realized there are people out there who got the platinum back on PS4 and want to move over their achievements to Steam

Honestly I would still argue that what FF7R does is kind of annoying because the way the game is presented to you IS like as if it's *just* a remake of the original game, for a lot of people FF7 remake was their first experience of the opening hours of FF7, which it profoundly bungles

It's just kind of unacceptable to do for a game I think. FF7R gets away by straddling the line between remake and sequel, but like...nothing stops me from watching the original The Blob or The Fly but there's a LOT of barriers between me and playing the original American McGee's Alice, as an example

Congrats your bug report has been accepted. Given that there's only 1 planned patch before now and EC, it might not get fixed before the event ends, but given that the function is suppose to be reused with non-FF7R stuff, it's still important for them to fix it.

You start to see where he is. His nostalgia weighs more than his morals. I bet you could say FF7R was funding murders, and he'd find a way to just come at it from another angel. I don't want to see him playing something, and it be so easy to see him be this way with brands he loves.

Revolutionary if true
(Realtalk it's a huge extra prod burden possibly and doesn't work for every design but i like what ff7r did with having the frontline be the active party of 4 and the backline tagging along and not really doing much but being close enough to feel present and be able to banter)

on a related note maybe the ff7 gear is not ungenderlocked yet because the devs are working on the new expac and this collab which is basically to promote ff7r takes lower priority. not bc they think men shouldn't wear tifa's outfit

Finished FE:FW. Maybe GotY, but wish it wasn't so fiddly. FF7R cute so far.
RPing again, yay! Demon's off to a great start. Wanna to play Alice is Missing more.
Need to catch up on Avatar. In a D20 season.
Hanawalt & Conover's amicable breakup works gr9.
Buncha A+ albums this month. Mud grew on me.
