Two wins to start the year for Firebirds, and no matter what happens tomorrow, they'll be no worse than 3rd at the end of this round.

1/2 time: FEV 38-18

It's a demolition. Much like the Giants yesterday, the Firebirds just can't do a thing right and the Fever are dominating, winning each of the first 2 quarters by 10 goals. The turnover count says it all - Firebirds 11-3.

1/2 time: FEV 69-51

Fever reclaims 3rd place on the ladder with a commanding win. However, they did take their foot off the pedal in the last Q as the Firebirds took it 23-13. POTM was Jordan Cransberg who had a tremendous game at centre.

1/2 time: FIR 39-26

Firebirds motoring ahead with an impressive 20-12 quarter. Only 5 turnovers to 1/2 time. Macy Gardner having another strong game this week, while Mary Cholhok has proven to be a great target up front. Fever looking a bit disorganised.

3/4 time: FIR 54-39

A more even quarter with Firebirds just edging it thanks to a super shot on the buzzer. It's noticeable that no matter how well Firebirds are playing, coach Kiri Wills is making regular changes from quarter to quarter.
