Thought I didn't flesh out: Doncic may be a difficult personality. He's not for everyone. Conditioning issues are real. Whining to the refs costs DAL. But with a talent so immense, it's the franchise's job too to exhaust every avenue toward improvement. Difficult conversations, etc. Try every fix.

When I was a lieutenant, I was 5’6” and weighed around 130lbs. By the time I was a mid-level captain, I was around 140lbs. I still had to do all the same shit the bigger guys did. To this day, I fight people much bigger. Male, female, some people have natural advantages or disadvantages. FITFO.
I don’t know, the obvious size, strength and speed advantages that a person born and having gone through male puberty have MIGHT make playing girls’ lacrosse, basketball, soccer, etc less safe for smaller, weaker and slower players. IT IS SO RARE. Why are you people so rigid in your opinions?

Let me introduce you to the phrase FITFO. We use it any time our kids can't figure out how to do something or keep waffling around on an issue. We just tell them to FITFO and they know we're done being involved.

I’m not nearly as much of a “can’t lose him for nothing” absolutist as many are. We’ve seen it plenty already w/ this IND team that if you put guys in the right spots, plenty of ways to find contributors. They basically have 4 windows (rest of this offseason, next 2 deadlines & next summer) to FITFO
